Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

  • “Company”: Refers to Calipackpro, the provider of packaging solutions.
  • “Customer”: Any individual or entity purchasing goods from the Company.
  • “Goods”: The products offered for sale by the Company, including but not limited to Mylar bags, glass jars, pre-rolled tubes, and labels.

2. General

2.1 These T&Cs govern all sales of Goods by the Company to the Customer and shall prevail over any other terms unless expressly agreed in writing by both parties.

3. Orders and Acceptance

3.1 All orders placed by the Customer are subject to acceptance by the Company. The Company reserves the right to refuse any order without providing a reason.

4. Prices

4.1 All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the applicable rate.

4.2 The Company reserves the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected by such changes.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment is due at the time of order placement unless credit terms have been agreed upon in writing.

5.2 For credit account holders, payment for Goods delivered shall be due no later than 30 days following the end of the month from the date of the invoice.

5.3 The Company reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate until payment is made in full.

6. Delivery

6.1 Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. The Company shall not be liable for any delays in delivery.

6.2 Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon delivery. Title to the Goods remains with the Company until full payment is received.

7. Returns and Cancellations

7.1 The Customer must inspect the Goods upon delivery and notify the Company of any defects or discrepancies within 7 days.

7.2 Returns are accepted only with prior authorization from the Company and must be made within 14 days of delivery.

8. Warranty and Liability

8.1 The Company warrants that the Goods will conform to the specifications agreed upon at the time of order.

8.2 Except as expressly provided in these T&Cs, all warranties, conditions, or other terms implied by statute or common law are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8.3 The Company’s liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with the supply of the Goods shall not exceed the purchase price of the Goods.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All intellectual property rights in the Goods, including designs and trademarks, remain the property of the Company.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These T&Cs shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Any disputes arising under or in connection with these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Miscellaneous

12.1 If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

12.2 The Company’s failure to enforce any right under these T&Cs shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
